What Is Sugaring?

Unlike traditional wax, sugar paste is generally applied against the direction of hair growth and removed in the direction of growth. Because the sugar paste is water-soluble, cleanup is easy, and it doesn’t require the same high temperatures as traditional hot wax. Sugaring can be used on many areas of the body, including the face, underarms, arms, legs, and bikini area. With consistent appointments, some clients also notice that their regrowth becomes finer or less noticeable over time, although results vary from person to person.
